Women’s Health Physiotherapy in Stone, Staffordshire
At Hera Health, we specialise in physiotherapy for women at every stage of life.
Too often, women’s health concerns are brushed aside as “just part of being a woman.”
Looking after our physical health is one of the first steps toward nurturing and protecting our overall wellbeing, but sometimes the right support isn’t easy to come by, and with busy lives, it can sometimes slip down the priority list.
That’s why, at Hera Health, we believe in taking a holistic and compassionate approach, considering how every aspect of a person’s wellbeing contributes to their overall health, experience of pain, and confidence in life. Everyone is in their own unique situation, so everyone’s recovery journey is a little different. Our links with other healthcare providers, including Consultants and GP’s, pharmacists and nurses also helps us to make sure we keep that journey on track and as comfortable as possible.

“Cannot recommend Victoria enough, she is so knowledgeable and skilled. She doesn't just paper over the cracks, she really listens and then works with you to find the root cause prior to then focusing on not only fixing the problem, but in making you stronger to prevent reoccurring injuries.”
Helen Green - Google Review
“I went to Victoria to deal with shin splints from running. She very correctly advised me to get an MRI as she suspected a stress fracture. She was quite correct and advised appropriately to cease further high impact. After a period of rest, we are now working on restoring activity but this time under Victoria’s guidance, with a lot more emphasis on strength for a very gradual return to running.”
